This 24 year-old has small B-cup breasts and wanted a noticeable enlargement. She decided to use silicone implants for their more natural feel and to lessen the likelihood of feeling the implant. She is very petite with some asymmetry, but wanted fullness. Patient is 4ft 11 in tall and weighs 97 lbs.

Results are shown 1 year after subpectoral dual plane placement of 400 cc silicone implants through an inframammary incision. Scarring will continue to fade with time.
