This 33-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss following breastfeeding, having decreased to an A cup. At 5’4″ and 130 pounds, she sought restoration to a full C cup. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth silicone implants, selected to achieve her desired volume enhancement while maintaining natural proportions. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with balanced chest wall proportions that complement her frame.
