Breast Revision Before & After: Rippling Correction Results

This post-pregnancy patient presented for revision breast surgery following changes to her original 325cc saline implants placed in 2001. Her examination revealed post-breastfeeding volume loss with visible implant rippling due to tissue attenuation. The surgical plan included implant exchange to 450cc high-profile Allergan cohesive silicone gel implants, with intraoperative sizing guiding final volume selection. Her post-operative results show enhanced breast volume with improved upper pole fullness and elimination of visible rippling through the use of highly cohesive gel implants.
