Facelift Before & After: Comprehensive Facial Rejuvenation

This 63-year-old patient presented for facial rejuvenation to address multiple age-related concerns. Her examination revealed significant upper eyelid dermatochalasis, facial skin laxity with jowling, prominent nasolabial folds, and neck skin redundancy compounded by photodamage. The comprehensive surgical plan included a face and neck lift with concurrent upper blepharoplasty, followed by secondary non-surgical treatment using Halo fractional laser and BBL (broadband light) therapy. Her post-operative photographs demonstrate significant improvement in facial contours with restored jaw definition, reduction in nasolabial fold depth, improved neck contour, enhanced periorbital aesthetics, and overall skin quality refinement with diminished photopigmentation.
