This 38 year-old had one child by C-section and could not lose all of her baby weight, leaving her with loose skin on her abdomen and extra fatty tissue on her hips and thighs.

Results are shown after she had a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips and lower back and the inner and outer thigh areas. Notice how the liposuction accentuates the buttocks making them look fuller. This is an illusion created by sculpting around the buttock. No fat was injected into the buttocks, but they look fuller and more rounded.
