This 26-year-old post-weight loss patient presented for breast enhancement following a 57-pound weight loss, with concerns including breast asymmetry, volume loss, ptosis, and enlarged areolae. Her examination revealed significant tissue changes with prominent axillary breast rolls. The surgical plan included a comprehensive approach: mastopexy-augmentation using 335cc Allergan SoftTouch high-profile silicone implants in the submuscular position, short t-scar mastopexy for tissue repositioning and areolar reduction, combined with targeted axillary liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved symmetry, refined areolar aesthetics, and elimination of axillary fullness.
