Experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician

We are currently interviewing candidates for a Medical Aesthetician position available in our Belle Meade plastic surgery practice. The position is 3-5 days per week. Experience of one year or more in a medical setting is necessary.

The ideal candidate must LOVE skin and have a passion for helping patients achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy skin. As an aesthetician in our office you will work as a team member with the physician and other providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Medical Aesthetician for the state of Tennessee with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting.
  • Must have extensive knowledge & application of chemical peels, dermaplaning microdermabrasion, RetinA, and Hydroquinone
  • Experience with post-operative lymphatic massage
  • Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery industry experience is necessary
  • Proven time management and follow-up skills utilizing creativity, drive and commitment to excellence. Patient service and retention is a primary objective; therefore, we prefer you understand, assist and promote all available treatments.
  • Experience with cross-selling of services and skin care products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills are required.

 

Daily Responsibilities of the Position Include:

  • Consult with patients to identify client goals and recommend/perform services/products to achieve optimal results.
  • Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience while ensuring the safety of patients at all times.
  • Follow up with patients to answer any questions to assist in achieving optimal client results.
  • Work with plastic surgeon to coordinate and execute treatment plans for all facial rejuvenation patients

Aesthetic Provider RN, NP, PA

Overview of This Position:

This position is for a nurse/NP/PA provider trained in laser technology with a minimum 2 years’ experience.  Training in both lasers and injectables is preferred, but this position would be our lead laser provider.  This position works directly with our physician and alongside other providers to address all the aesthetic needs of our patients. You maintain detailed patient charting within the practices electronic medical records system.

You maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and all equipment to uphold standards of sterility and use.

You manage your schedule diligently and maintain frequent communication with patients

 

Employment Details

  • Maintain all licenses and CME training
  • Encouraged to lead and participate in events – both onsite and offsite
  • Participate in ongoing training – both CME and non-CME, on a monthly basis when possible
  • Maintain an expert level of training and performance regarding injectable use and results

 

Qualifications

  • RN, NP, or PA required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a laser provider required
  • 2 years’ experience as an injector is a plus
  • Must be located in the Nashville area

ABOUT THE JOB

Our Aesthetic Liaison is the first face patients see when they walk through the doors and the last face they see when they leave. As the Aesthetic Liaison, your responsibilities span from checking patients in and out, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and taking payment. You will be working with both new and existing patients, and ensuring their experience is positive, pleasant, and top tier. Additional duties include answering the phones, keeping the front desk and waiting area tidy and organized, merchandising product and ensuring inventory remains stocked, assisting management and providers, performing opening/closing duties, and remaining up to date with product and service information. Your job is vital to the experience of each patient and to the success of Nashville Cosmetic Surgery.

Aesthetic Treatment Coordinator

ABOUT THE JOB

The Aesthetic coordinator position works hand in hand with Dr. Griffin and our providers to create non-surgical treatment plans for our patients. Daily tasks include consulting with patients on options to achieve goals, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and taking payments, with the goal being to meet all of the aesthetic needs of both our new and existing patients. While experience in the field of plastic surgery is a plus, it is more important that you understand how to cultivate and grow relationships and are willing to put in the work necessary to learn. Cross over with our patients from the surgical to the non-surgical is common and requires this position to work closely with our Surgical Treatment Coordinator providing support and assistance when necessary.

Additional duties include:

Executive Assistant

In this position, you will not only have the chance to hone your marketing/social media skills, you will also have the opportunity to see first hand how a successful business is run – how it really works, and be a part of making it happen. You will be working both in the business and with the owners personally, within and outside of the office with the majority of your focus spent on marketing, social media, special projects and various support tasks. A typical day might include creative time spent on social media and marketing, e-commerce management, website tweaks, handling property management details, coordinating details for the monthly team meetings and making sure that brainstorming ideas are turned into action plans. Part marketing maven, part trusted personal assistant, this job is one destined for growth opportunities. It will be the most challenging and rewarding position that you have ever had.
 
Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the noise of a very busy Inbox and make sure that nothing gets missed.
  • Proactive scheduling of calendars for both personal and work related obligations for the owners

Required Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and an overall ability to learn software necessary.

  • Office hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00am – 1:00pm Friday.
