Aesthetic Provider RN, NP, PA

Overview of The Position:

This position is for a nurse/NP/PA provider with a minimum 2 years’ experience providing injections and other aesthetic services. Training in lasers is preferred. This position works directly with our physician and alongside other providers to address all the aesthetic needs of our patients. Employment Details

ABOUT THE JOB

Our Aesthetic Liaison is the first face patients see when they walk through the doors and the last face they see when they leave. As the Aesthetic Liaison, your responsibilities span from checking patients in and out, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and taking payment. You will be working with both new and existing patients, and ensuring their experience is positive, pleasant, and top tier. Additional duties include answering the phones, keeping the front desk and waiting area tidy and organized, merchandising product and ensuring inventory remains stocked, assisting management and providers, performing opening/closing duties, and remaining up to date with product and service information. Your job is vital to the experience of each patient and to the success of Nashville Cosmetic Surgery. This position is a part-time to full-time position.

Our Aesthetic Liaisons must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be in constant interaction with our patients. Aesthetic Treatment Coordinator

ABOUT THE JOB

The Aesthetic coordinator position works hand in hand with Dr. Griffin and our providers to create non-surgical treatment plans for our patients. Daily tasks include consulting with patients on options to achieve goals, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and taking payments, with the goal being to meet all of the aesthetic needs of both our new and existing patients. While experience in the field of plastic surgery is a plus, it is more important that you understand how to cultivate and grow relationships and are willing to put in the work necessary to learn. Cross over with our patients from the surgical to the non-surgical is common and requires this position to work closely with our Surgical Treatment Coordinator providing support and assistance when necessary.

Experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician

We are currently looking to add another Medical Aesthetician to our Belle Meade plastic surgery practice. The position is 3-5 days per week. Experience of one year or more in a medical setting is necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Having experience with post-operative lymphatic massage is a plus.

Surgical Technologist

We are currently looking to add a Surgical Technologist to our Belle Meade cosmetic plastic surgery practice. This is a PRN position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We are a close-knit team that enjoys working together and strive to make our environment a positive place to work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Available for 10-hour shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Prior plastic surgery experience is a plus

Responsibilities of the Position Include:

  • Preparing and monitoring conditions in the OR
  • Sterilizing equipment/instruments and maintaining a sterile field
  • Understanding the procedures being performed
  • Assisting and anticipating the needs of the surgeon and/or surgical first assistant
  • Various tasks such as sponging, suctioning, cutting sutures, holding retractors, etc.
  • Assisting in circulating duties when necessary

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Personnel Management

  • In accordance with current employment practices (including the policies of the nursing and human resources departments and agreements):
    1. Interviews and employs personnel.
    2. Supervises and evaluates personnel performance.
    3. Initiates corrective action and discipline, as appropriate.
  • Counsels and encourages staff in the pursuit of individual career goals, e.g., advanced education preparation, change in clinical area or preparation for promotional opportunities, etc.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or field related to Healthcare.

Minimum Experience:

  • At minimum three years previous experience in specified field of nursing
  • One-year previous progressive leadership experience

Required Course(s)/Training:

Circulating Nurse

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse for our accredited ambulatory surgery center who demonstrates the values of our company by caring for your patients and team members like family. If you are tired of large institutional OR settings and 12-hour shifts or are looking to transition to PRN, this could be the job for you.  In this role you will be contributing your expertise in the circulating nurse role. You will ensure safe and effective nursing care until your patient is transferred from your care to recovery.

This is a PRN position that can be up to 3 days per week, up 8 – 10 hours per day.  Our days of operation are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  All procedures performed are elective cosmetic plastic surgery cases.

No call.  No weekends. No holidays.

What you will do in this role:

  • Oversee the instrument and equipment set-up for your OR, including utilization of preference cards and ability to anticipate your surgeons needs
  • Coordinate and oversee your room during a case as the circulator
  • You will facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedures
  • Utilize appropriate body mechanics in moving your patients to stretchers and OR tables to prevent injury
  • Manage your patients care and medication, including assistance with anesthesia
  • Consistently review your charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols prior to and after the surgical procedure

Qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
  • Active and current unrestricted RN license in TN
  • Current BLS certification – *online certification not acceptable
  • Current ACLS certification
  • CNOR certification is a plus
  • 2 years of experience in an OR setting and preferably an ambulatory surgery center (Strongly Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong professional and ethical behavior at all times

Nashville Cosmetic Surgery is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist at our Belle Meade plastic surgery practice full-time.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for the beauty industry, be comfortable in a medical setting, have extensive knowledge of marketing and communication, be intimately familiar with and skilled at social media, and always be willing to continue learning. This position is for someone with at least two years of post-college PR experience, preferably at an agency, marketing department, or similar fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to:

  • Track and analyze all leads and identify opportunities
    • Keep track of all leads, sources of inquiries and services requests, and booking retention
  • Manage digital presence of NCS
    • This includes content creation for all social media channels, Google reviews, and our different account profiles
    • Create and manage content for regular email newsletter, including tracking metrics
  • Coordinate and manage all marketing and print pieces with different vendors
    • Stationary and other printed in-house pieces, giveaways, print ads, etc.
  • Execute the marketing plan according to brand guidelines and marketing playbook
  • Analyze all current patient data for planning and marketing efforts
    • New patients, measure retention and identify lapsed patients and develop and manage initiatives to retain or get patients back
  • Update job openings online and coordinate with prospective candidates
    • Update and overlook job postings on both our website and Indeed, as well as communicate with applicants
  • Regularly provide marketing ROI reports to the owners
  • Manage the marketing presence of NSC within the Nashville community, including establishing and managing relationship with influencers

Daily Tasks:

  • Morning Huddle to identify daily goals and any tasks within the office
  • Email management
  • Social media content creation and execution
  • Checking all social media sites and review sites and responding accordingly
  • Complete marketing responsibilities according to marketing calendar monthly focus
  • Responding to new applicants to any active job postings

Weekly Tasks:

  • Photo editing/uploading from Google Drive to website and for social use
  • Social media planning/competition for 2 weeks to 1 month out

Monthly Tasks:

  • Update Monthly Social Analytics spreadsheet
  • Email database management
  • Creating, submitting, and approving print-ready advertisements for Belle Meade and Brentwood Lifestyle
  • Ensure inventory spreadsheet is updated
  • Assist with planning agenda and coordinating anything needed for the monthly staff meeting

  • Batch texts to patients for marketing purposes via PatientNow

Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Experience at a communications agency is preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Enthusiasm for our patients and our work
  • Patient-focused with a proactive approach
  • Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for detail
  • Proven experience and success with social media and an intimate understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Understanding of Google Business Profile and Google Analytics
  • SEO and website optimization skills
  • Experience with WordPress or similar web builders
  • Familiarity with Email Marketing (Experience with Emma Email Marketing or a similar platform is a strong plus)
