Liposuction Before & After: Combined Contouring Results

This 35-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for liposuction and abdominal contouring following two C-section deliveries. Her examination revealed significant abdominal laxity with diastasis recti, accompanied by localized adiposity of the flanks and thighs. The surgical plan included a combined approach: abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication to address the muscle separation and skin redundancy, coupled with targeted liposuction of the flanks and thighs. This comprehensive approach allowed for complete recontouring of her areas of concern. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved abdominal definition with repair of the diastasis, elimination of excess skin, and refined contours throughout the treated areas, resulting in enhanced clothing fit and improved body confidence.
