Breast Reduction Before & After: Symptomatic Relief Results

This 42-year-old patient presented for breast reduction to address symptomatic macromastia manifesting as cervical and thoracic pain exacerbated by a bulging cervical disc. Her examination revealed significant breast hypertrophy with a D-cup volume and associated ptosis. The surgical plan included reduction mammaplasty with mastopexy to achieve both volume reduction and improved position. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast aesthetics with reduction to B-cup volume proportionate to her frame, along with reported improvement in musculoskeletal symptoms.
