A Note from Dr. Griffin

On May 4th, 2020, Nashville Cosmetic Surgery’s office will reopen for business. When we made the decision to temporarily close our doors on March 17th, we did do to protect our clients, our team, frontline healthcare workers, and the most vulnerable members of our community.

After nearly 6 weeks of Safer at Home measures, our Governor and Mayor feel the threat of COVID-19 has been sufficiently minimized and we have been given the go ahead to plan for reopening our doors.

This has been a challenging time for us all. I know it has been for me, both personally and professionally. In my 27 years of surgical training and being in practice, this has been the longest amount of time I have gone without operating, and I’m ready to get back to helping people feel good about themselves!

While we are excited, as I know you all are, to resume some sense of normalcy, we remain aware that there will be a “new normal” as we restart.

When you return to our office for your next appointment, you can expect the same exceptional experience with outstanding results and a continued emphasis on your safety. You will also see that we have implemented new processes to ensure that your visit with us is as safe as possible:

  • A pre-screening questionnaire and temperature check before you come in for your appointment.
  • Rigorous cleaning of the office throughout the day.
  • Personal protective equipment for our team.
  • New social distancing measures in our lobby and treatment rooms.

We have taken this downtime to add services to make your experience with our office even better:

We’ve launched our new online NCS Skin Store, allowing you to make skincare purchases at your convenience, with optional in-office pickup or home delivery.

And we’ve added the ability to schedule a [consultation]virtual consultation[/consultation] with me to discuss your surgery interests.

Until then, remember your self-care: eat well, hydrate, move your body outside if you can, and use your sunscreen! We’ve got this. See you in May!
