Meet with one of our expert providers to map out your personalized aesthetic plan before the event date. Think of it as your yearly check-in—designed to help you look and feel your best all year long. Already a current patient? Continue the conversations you’re already having with your provider. Don’t have time to come in for a consultation? No problem! Our providers can help you determine how much you might want to deposit.

Then, we budget towards your treatment roadmap.
After your consultation, you’ll walk away with a detailed plan tailored to your goals—including recommended treatments, ideal timing, and special pricing available only during our annual event.

And last, lock in your savings on September 11.
Make a deposit into your personal Annual Event Account for the total amount of your plan. From there, all that’s left to do is follow your timeline and enjoy the transformation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply make a deposit into your Annual Event house account to be used throughout the year to on your treatments and product purchases at event-only pricing.

For the best experience, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our expert providers. During this appointment, you’ll discuss your nonsurgical aesthetic goals and receive a personalized treatment plan. On September 11, simply make a deposit into your account to lock in exclusive event pricing for your recommended treatments and services. Throughout the year, you can draw from your account to conveniently pay for your treatments.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

You have a few options…

You’re welcome to join us in person! We’ll have fun perks available from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and would love for you to join us. Can’t make it the day of? No problem. We can send you a link to participate online. Or, just give us a call.  Need help determining what you should deposit? We can help you with that, too!

NOT SURE WHAT TO PURCHASE OR NOT ON OUR EMAIL LIST?

No problem. You can either give us a call at 615-321-1003 or fill out a contact form and someone will be in contact with you. If you made purchases last year you will also receive a text or email with last year’s deposit amount and your current balance.

IS THERE A MINIMUM DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

Yes, the minimum deposit is $750. There is no maximum deposit amount—add as much as you’d like to save with.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE THE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT?

Your Annual Event event pricing is good for one year from the date of purchase, as long as you have funds in your account. We will remind you of your account balance periodically to make sure you are able to utilize it.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. And, for added flexibility, we offer financing through CareCredit and PatientFi. Both which offer several zero interest options and no hard credit checks for applications. 

CAN I SHARE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

Your Annual Event balance can only be used for your services.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE ALLE/ASPIRE POINTS ?

Yes, you will receive Alle/Aspire points for each qualifying injection visit. And you can also take advantage of rebate coupons.
