Breast Augmentation Before & After: Post-Pregnancy 400cc Implant Results

This 40-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented with significant volume depletion following multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding. Her physical examination revealed minimal residual breast tissue at a 34A cup, with bilateral volume loss and mild asymmetry. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 400cc Allergan Natrelle moderate-profile cohesive silicone gel implants, selected for optimal tissue coverage in her depleted breast envelope. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate restoration of volume with enhanced upper pole fullness and natural tissue draping.
