Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Results

This 29-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented with breast asymmetry, volume loss, and prominent axillary breast tissue. At 5’4″ and 135 pounds, her examination revealed ptosis with asymmetric tissue distribution. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 400cc smooth round silicone implants, combined with tissue repositioning to improve symmetry. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved bilateral symmetry and refined chest wall contours.
