Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation seeking correction of age-related changes causing a tired appearance. Her examination revealed upper eyelid dermatochalasis. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with selective skin excision performed under local anesthesia with sedation. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper eyelid definition and a more refreshed appearance.
