This 54-year-old post-bariatric surgery patient presented for body contouring following a 110-pound weight loss achieved through gastric sleeve surgery. Her examination revealed significant circumferential skin laxity affecting her trunk, thighs, and buttocks. The surgical plan included a combined circumferential trunk lipectomy and thigh lift to address the redundant tissue throughout her lower body. Her 1-year post-operative results demonstrate improved body contours with enhanced definition of the waistline, thighs, and buttocks.
