Liposuction Before & After: Total Body Contouring Results

This 43-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for liposuction and abdominal contouring to address post-pregnancy changes. Her examination revealed significant abdominal skin laxity with localized adiposity affecting the flanks and thighs. The surgical plan included a combined approach: abdominoplasty to address the redundant abdominal tissue, coupled with targeted liposuction of the flanks and medial/lateral thigh regions. This comprehensive approach allowed for complete lower body recontouring in a single surgical session. Her 1-year post-operative results demonstrate improved abdominal definition with refined thigh contours and enhanced overall body proportions.
