Laser Rejuvenation Before & After: Ethnic Skin Treatment Results

This mid-30s patient of Asian descent presented for facial skin rejuvenation with recalcitrant hyperpigmentation following unsuccessful IPL treatments. Her examination revealed diffuse brown and red dyschromia affecting the cheeks, nose, and forehead, with a prominent hyperpigmented macule on the right cheek. Given her history of treatment resistance, ethnicity-specific considerations, and prior IPL failure, the treatment plan included combination therapy utilizing Halo Pro hybrid fractional laser with BBL (broadband light). Her 3-month post-treatment results demonstrate significant improvement in skin quality with marked reduction in both diffuse and focal hyperpigmentation following a single treatment session.
