Facelift Before & After: Total Facial Rejuvenation Results

This 58-year-old patient presented for comprehensive facial rejuvenation to address age-related changes. Her examination revealed malar volume loss, lower facial and cervical laxity, and periorbital aging with mild dermatochalasis of upper and lower eyelids. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach: face and neck lift with SMAS and platysma plication to address jowling and submental laxity, combined with quad-blepharoplasty for periorbital rejuvenation. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved midface volume, refined jawline definition, and refreshed periorbital appearance while maintaining natural facial harmony.
