Breast Reduction Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement

This 39-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast reduction and body contouring to address multiple post-partum changes. Her examination revealed Grade III breast ptosis with adequate volume and areolar enlargement, accompanied by abdominal laxity and flank adiposity. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach: mastopexy with tissue reduction and areolar reduction, axillary liposuction, abdominoplasty, and flank liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position with proportionate size reduction, reduced areolar diameter, improved abdominal definition, and refined trunk contours.
