Breast Augmentation Before & After: Post-Breastfeeding Results

This 29-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address post-lactational volume loss resulting in an A cup size. Her examination revealed significant breast tissue depletion following breastfeeding. After comprehensive preoperative sizing trials, the surgical plan included submuscular placement of 385cc high-profile Allergan Natrelle SoftTouch cohesive silicone gel implants. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with natural-appearing contours, successfully restoring post-pregnancy changes and achieving her desired C to small D cup size.
