Lip Enhancement Before & After: Combined Treatment Results

This 34-year-old patient presented for perioral rejuvenation to address volume deficiency and perioral rhytids. Her examination revealed lip hypoplasia with dynamic fine lines. The treatment plan included a combined approach: 1cc hyaluronic acid dermal filler distributed between upper and lower lips for volume enhancement, complemented by targeted botulinum toxin A injection to the orbicularis oris muscle. Through this dual-modality approach, her post-treatment results demonstrate enhanced lip volume with softened perioral rhytids.
