LOOK GREAT AT ANY AGE

Vaginal Rejuvenation in Nashville, TN

diVa™ Laser Vaginal Therapy

A WOMAN’S VAGINAL HEALTH IS CENTRAL TO HER SENSE OF WELL-BEING, SENSUALITY AND SELF CONFIDENCE. BE CONFIDENT.

Just like other parts of the body, the vagina changes with age. Two major events in a woman’s life contribute the most to a decline in vaginal health: childbirth and menopause. Many women experience tissues that become stretched, dry, thin or inflamed, urinary incontinence and sex that can be painful.

diVa™ Laser Vaginal Therapy can reduce vaginal laxity, increase vaginal muscle tone, enhance sensation, and naturally increase vaginal lubrication. Stress urinary incontinence, leaking urine with coughing, sneezing, exercise, running, etc., have also been shown to improve with diVa™ Laser Vaginal Therapy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The procedure is performed by inserting a probe into the vagina with a 360 degree rotation capability. This probe delivers thermal energy while simultaneously being inserted.

diVa's ergonomic design allows for patient comfort and ease of use. Each treatment takes 3 to 5 minutes to fractionally resurface the full length of a vaginal canal.

Three treatments spaced every 4-6 weeks apart, followed by 1 treatment every 6 – 12 months.

Patients will experience a slight pressure against the vaginal wall during laser resurfacing. The treatment is fast with minimal discomfort. Some patients may experience increased sensitivity near the vaginal opening.

Patients may return to their daily routine with minimal to no discharge, spotting, or discomfort; however, they should avoid sexual intercourse for up to 48 hours.

We recommend that you call us to schedule a consultation with our nurse who is a laser specialist and certified diVa provider to discuss the procedure. At the consultation, she will review your medical history, discuss the procedure with you and determine if you are a candidate.
