Breast Augmentation Before & After: Combined Enhancement Results

This 33-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss and mild ptosis following breastfeeding, accompanied by prominent axillary breast tissue. Her examination revealed a 34B cup with upper pole deflation and bilateral axillary fullness. The surgical plan included a combined approach: submuscular augmentation using 375cc Allergan moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants, coupled with targeted liposuction of the axillary breast rolls. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved upper pole fullness and elimination of axillary bulging.
