This post-bariatric surgery patient presented with upper extremity laxity following significant weight loss achieved through gastric sleeve surgery. Her physical examination revealed substantial skin ptosis and redundancy of the bilateral upper arms, extending from the axilla to the elbow region. She expressed distress about avoiding sleeveless clothing due to self-consciousness about her loose skin. The surgical plan included bilateral brachioplasty procedures with careful attention to optimal scar placement along the posteromedial aspect of the arms. Her post-arm lift results demonstrate marked improvement in upper arm contour with elimination of excess skin, resulting in a more proportionate appearance that enabled her to confidently wear sleeveless clothing.
