Upper Body Lift Before & After: Post-Weight Loss Transformation

This 27-year-old post-bariatric surgery patient presented for comprehensive upper body contouring following a 100-pound weight loss achieved through gastric sleeve surgery. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with volume depletion, enlarged areolas, bilateral arm tissue laxity, and upper back rolls. Having maintained substantial breast volume prior to weight loss, she sought restoration of lost volume along with improvement of tissue positioning. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach: mastopexy-augmentation using 650cc high-profile Allergan SoftTouch implants in the submuscular position with areola reduction, combined with upper back lift and bilateral brachioplasty. This comprehensive surgical approach allowed for complete upper body recontouring in a single session. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position, reduced areola size, and refined arm and back contours.
