Tummy Tuck Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss Results

This 34-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for abdominal contouring following an 80-pound weight loss. Her examination revealed significant abdominal skin laxity resulting from multiple pregnancies and weight fluctuations. The surgical plan included an extended abdominoplasty to address the excess tissue redundancy and restore optimal abdominal contours. The extended incision technique was selected to adequately address the full extent of skin laxity. Her 10-month post-operative results demonstrate improved abdominal definition with elimination of excess tissue and enhanced waistline contours.
