This 65 year-old patient lost over 225 lbs. following gastric bypass surgery. She was left with a lot of loose skin on her upper back, abdomen, hips and buttocks. She also had breast ptosis and excess tissue on the lateral chest.
She had multiple procedures performed to address these problems including a trunk lipectomy (also known as a belt abdominoplasty or mid-body lift) to address the laxity of the abdomen, hips, lateral thighs, and buttock, breast and upper back lift, and thigh lift to improve the inner thighs. Results shown are 1 year post procedure.
