This 65-year-old post-bariatric surgery patient presented for comprehensive body contouring following a remarkable 225-pound weight loss achieved through gastric bypass surgery. Her examination revealed extensive tissue redundancy affecting multiple anatomical regions. The upper body demonstrated significant breast ptosis with lateral chest roll formation and upper back tissue excess. The trunk region showed circumferential laxity extending from the upper abdomen to the lateral thighs and buttocks, with severe skin redundancy requiring correction. The inner thighs exhibited significant tissue laxity requiring separate attention. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach combining trunk lipectomy (belt abdominoplasty) to address the circumferential trunk laxity, mastopexy with upper back lift to restore upper body contours, and medial thigh lift to refine the lower extremities. Her 1-year post-operative results demonstrate significant improvement in overall body contours with enhanced definition throughout all treated areas.
