This 59-year-old post-bariatric surgery patient presented for comprehensive body contouring following a remarkable 190-pound weight loss achieved through gastric bypass surgery. Her examination revealed significant tissue redundancy affecting multiple anatomical areas. The upper body showed substantial breast ptosis and bilateral arm laxity extending from the axilla to the elbow. The trunk region demonstrated circumferential skin excess affecting the entire midsection, with notable pseudoptosis of the buttocks and lateral thigh descent. A multi-procedure surgical approach was planned, combining trunk lipectomy (belt abdominoplasty) to address the circumferential trunk laxity, mastopexy to restore breast position and contour, and bilateral brachioplasty to eliminate arm tissue redundancy. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate significant improvement in overall body contours with enhanced definition of the waistline, restored breast position, and refined arm contours.
