Botox Before & After: Lower Face Enhancement Results

This 35-year-old patient presented for lower facial rejuvenation to address downturned oral commissures. Her examination revealed hyperactive depressor anguli oris (DAO) muscles contributing to a downturned mouth appearance with secondary jowl prominence. The treatment plan included targeted Botox Cosmetic injection to the bilateral DAO muscles. Her post-treatment results demonstrate elevated oral commissures with notable improvement in jowl definition achieved without dermal fillers.
