Breast Augmentation Before & After: Correcting Asymmetry with Custom Sizing

This 21-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with notable breast asymmetry, the left breast demonstrating greater volume than the right. At 5’10” and 195 pounds, her examination revealed a baseline full B cup with size disparity between breasts. The surgical plan included differential sizing using submuscular dual-plane placement of smooth saline implants: 550cc on the left and 600cc on the right to achieve optimal symmetry. This customized approach to implant selection addressed the pre-existing volume difference while increasing overall breast size to her desired small D cup. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and balanced proportions that complement her frame.
