Subpectoral – dual plane augmentation – smooth saline implants – 550cc on the left and 600cc on the right to balance out the difference in her volume.

This 21 year old patient desired breast enlargement from a full B cup to a small D cup size. She is 5 ft 10 inches and weighs 195 lbs. She also has asymmetry in her volume with the left breast being larger than the right side.

Results shown three months after surgery.
