Smooth silicone – medium profile – 375cc implants – placed in a new subpectoral pocket (subpectoral neopocket) and had a breast lift.
This patient is a 41 year old who had augmentation mammoplasty 15 years ago by another surgeon with smooth subglandular saline implants. The implants were placed on top of the muscle due to her sagging that was present. She has not been happy for years because of the sagging, asymmetry breasts and capsular contracture that has distorted the shape of her breasts and made them hard.
Results are shown 6 months after the procedure. Her new silicone implants are softer and more natural feeling and her asymmetry and capsular contracture have been improved tremendously.
Age: 41
