Breast Augmentation Before & After: Significant Asymmetry Correction

This 24-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address significant developmental asymmetry. Her examination revealed marked volume disparity with left breast hypoplasia, accompanied by underlying chest wall variance. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of differentially sized medium-profile Allergan Natrelle implants (445cc left, 310cc right) with intraoperative determination of optimal volumes. This substantial volume differential (135cc) was necessary to compensate for the significant baseline asymmetry. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry despite anatomical limitations.
