This 23-year-old patient presented with developmental breast asymmetry, characterized by a smaller left breast with higher positioning on the chest wall, elevated nipple-areola complex, and smaller areolar diameter. At 5’6″ and 155 pounds, her examination revealed asymmetric inframammary fold positions and significant volume disparity. The surgical plan included placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth round implants with strategic pocket dissection to address the breast fold asymmetry. Given her future childbearing plans, she elected to defer nipple-areola complex modification. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry through balanced fold positioning, while maintaining the existing nipple-areola characteristics per her preference.
