Breast Augmentation Before & After: Asymmetry Correction Results

This 32-year-old patient presented for breast augmentation with notable breast asymmetry, characterized by a laterally positioned right breast and nipple complex. Her examination revealed asymmetric breast positioning and chest wall variations. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 450cc Allergan SoftTouch high-profile silicone implants through inframammary incisions, combined with targeted liposuction of the axillary breast rolls. While acknowledging the limitations of implant-based correction for underlying anatomical asymmetry, this approach successfully achieved improved breast volume and enhanced symmetry in clothing. Her post-operative results demonstrate balanced breast fullness with refined lateral chest contours.
