This 32-year-old patient presented with complex anatomical considerations, including chest wall asymmetry with right-sided ribcage depression and breast volume asymmetry at a baseline 32A cup. The surgical plan required a tailored approach using differential implant profiles while maintaining equal volumes: a 450cc medium-profile silicone implant for the left breast and a 450cc high-profile implant for the right breast. This strategic variation in implant profiles was selected to compensate for the underlying ribcage deformity, with the higher-profile implant effectively masking the right-sided chest wall depression. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry, successfully camouflaging the underlying anatomical variance while creating balanced anterior projection.
