Subpectoral breast augmentation with silicone implants – medium profile 450cc silicone implant placed on the left side and a high profile 450cc silicone implant placed on the right side. This equalized her projection due to the increased ribcage depression on the right side and masked the ribcage deformity.

This 32 year old had a ribcage deformity and breast asymmetry with a 32 A cup size. Results shown 4 months after breast augmentation.
