Breast Augmentation Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement

This 26-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss following childbirth. Her examination revealed mild post-pregnancy changes without significant ptosis, making her an ideal candidate for augmentation without mastopexy. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 485cc moderate-profile Allergan silicone implants. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with natural-appearing contours that complement her frame, successfully addressing post-pregnancy changes.
