Breast Asymmetry Case #16170

This 26-year-old patient came to us after weight loss of 57 lbs, to address her breast asymmetry and the loss of breast volume causing sagging breasts. She also wished to address decreasing the size of her areolae. She her breasts to be perky with more volume. Dr. Griffin performed a breast lift to address the sagging and added 335mL high profile round silicone implants to give her upper pole volume. He also decreased the size of her areolae giving them a more proportioned look to her breast size.

The procedures performed were a bilateral mastopexy with subpectoral augmentation mammoplasty and liposuction of the axilla. Her result is completely transformed breasts with significantly more volume, lift, and balance. Allergan Natrelle implants were used.
