This 42 year old had breast ptosis (sag) and asymmetry. She was happy with the amount of breast tissue she had and wanted to lift her breasts and improve the symmetry. She underwent bilateral breast lift or mastopexy with removal of some tissue from the right breast to improve the symmetry.

Age: 42
