The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 390cc moderate-profile smooth round saline implants, selected to achieve her desired volume enhancement while maintaining proportions appropriate for her frame. Her 2-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with balanced chest wall contours.
