Breast Augmentation Before & After: Complete Enhancement Results

This 39-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address post-lactational volume loss, breast asymmetry, and axillary tissue prominence. Her examination revealed significant volume depletion (sub-A cup) with asymmetric breast tissue distribution and bilateral axillary fullness. The surgical plan included a differential sizing approach with submuscular placement of Allergan Natrelle SoftTouch silicone implants (275cc right, 295cc left), combined with targeted axillary liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and elimination of axillary bulging.
