Her examination revealed minimal existing breast tissue with a wide chest wall and laterally positioned breasts. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 255cc medium-profile Allergan SoftTouch silicone implants through inframammary incisions with specific pocket dissection respecting each natural breast footprint. This approach preserved breast aesthetics by centering implants on native breast mounds rather than forcing medial positioning that would create nipple-implant disproportion. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with natural-appearing contours that respect her underlying anatomical structure.
