Breast Augmentation Before & After: Age-Related Enhancement Results

This 52-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address age-related changes. Her examination revealed upper pole volume depletion with mild ptosis amenable to augmentation without mastopexy. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 310cc moderate-profile Allergan SoftTouch cohesive silicone gel implants. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved upper pole fullness and natural-appearing rejuvenation.
