Breast Augmentation Before & After: AA to D Cup Transformation

This 30-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with minimal native breast tissue, measuring a 30AA cup. At 5’5″ and 105 pounds, her slender frame required careful implant selection to achieve her desired enhancement to a small D cup. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 345cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants, selected to provide appropriate volume while ensuring adequate tissue coverage. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with proportionate contours that complement her petite frame.
