Breast Augmentation Before & After: Asymmetry Correction Results

This 23-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with notable asymmetry, characterized by a smaller left breast with reduced base width and volume. Her examination revealed significant size disparity requiring an individualized approach. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of high-profile Allergan SoftTouch silicone implants through inframammary incisions with intraoperative sizing to determine optimal volume selection: 365cc for the right breast and 385cc for the left breast. This differential sizing approach specifically addressed her baseline asymmetry. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry.
