This 27-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement seeking to increase from a 34A to a full C/small D cup. Her examination revealed minimal native breast tissue with limited elasticity. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of high-profile Allergan implants through inframammary incisions, with intraoperative sizing critical to final volume selection. While 450cc sizers demonstrated excessive upper pole fullness with tissue strain, 415cc implants provided optimal volume with natural-appearing upper pole contours. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with proportionate aesthetics that complement her frame.
