This 37-year-old mother of three presented for breast enhancement to address significant volume loss following multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding. Her examination revealed minimal residual breast tissue with a 34A cup size, demonstrating the typical post-pregnancy changes of volume depletion and mild tissue laxity. Motivated by a desire to restore her pre-pregnancy volume, she sought an increase to a medium C cup. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 420cc smooth round saline implants, selected for their ability to provide significant volume enhancement while maintaining natural tissue dynamics. The submuscular placement was chosen to optimize implant coverage and support, particularly important given her minimal native breast tissue. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast fullness with improved upper pole contour and lower pole projection, creating balanced chest wall proportions that complement her post-pregnancy figure.
