Breast Augmentation Before & After: Custom Sizing Results

This 27-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement seeking increased volume to a C cup. Her examination revealed minimal native breast tissue with firm parenchyma and limited elasticity. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 295cc high-profile Allergan cohesive silicone gel implants, with intraoperative sizing confirming optimal volume selection. This approach was particularly important given her anatomical characteristics, as larger implants would have created excessive upper pole fullness inappropriate for her frame. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with natural-appearing contours that complement her slim physique.
