Subpectoral augmentation – 300cc – low profile – smooth round – silicone implants.

This is a 43 year-old mother who has lost breast volume and has some sagging, but did not want to have a breast lift. In her case, she was borderline on whether or not she needed a lift, so she decided to just have an augmentation first, understanding that she might need a lift later if her breast continued to sag.

She is 5ft. 6 inches tall and weighs 120 lbs and wanted only a modest increase in cup size. Her results are shown 18 months after surgery. Her breasts did not develop any more sagging after her augmentation.
