This 37-year-old patient presented with breast asymmetry and volume deficiency, characterized by a lower and more lateral left breast position and underlying chest wall asymmetry with left-sided widening. At 5’7″ and 130 pounds, she sought to increase from an A cup to a medium/full C cup. The surgical plan included dual-plane submuscular placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants, with strategic pocket dissection to address the positional asymmetry. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry, effectively compensating for the underlying anatomical variances while maintaining natural proportions.
