Breast lift with Augmentation Case #102

This 59 year-old patient has lost a significant amount of weight causing her breast to sag. She also lost most of her breast volume. She wanted to lift her breast and restore enough volume so that her breast fit her body frame. Patient is 5 ft 9 inches tall and weighs 165 lbs.

She had subpectoral augmentation with moderate profile 340 cc smooth round silicone implants combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) to lift the breast, remove the excess skin and decrease the size of the areolae.

Her results are shown 6 months after surgery.
